The best thing about this company is that PEOPLE really care about you. The entire executive team is willingly ready to listen and they value your opinion!! It’s like family. Everyone is very helpful and work together for a greater cause and that’s the member! I have been with this company for over ten years and hopefully can retire here! The benefits are great and the culture is AMAZING!!! Kinecta really allows you to grow and gives you opportunities to develop. I know that working here I can go to sleep at night knowing I did not sell anything to a member they didn’t need. I know that they truly live by their vision and mission AND ALWAYS do what is right for the member!!! Love, love, love working here. Yes there’s always areas for improvement, what company does not have that? But when the CEO is ready to listen and truly cares that’s how you know you work for a great company!

Cons

Wish there were more locations for folks to grow faster. Maybe more ways we can have better technology. Introduce a online chat service so it can be even more easy for members.
