Pros
Ok environment, although that varies from branch to branch. Mostly helpful management, and co-workers. Lots of tools to succeed, right manager will give you opportunities to advance. Some cool sales contests from time to time with good prizes given as incentives.
Cons
Conflicting goals and quotas from executive level. Employees at the bottom rung have to exceed unrealistic goals in order to be rewarded for their hard work. Dont expect overtime hours. Usually doing tasks not in your job description, and not compensated for extra work ontop of your expected job duties, does not pay to be a team player. Company is sales oriented no matter how much they claim they are there for the member, employees are hardly acknowledged unless a member or fellow coworker makes a point to praise them to managers, and even then nothing but a simple "good job" results. Always feels like you dont get paid enough to do what you do, since your asked to do a lot.
