The people are great, courteous and nice. The culture of the company is that it wants to reach out to the community; so there are ample opportunities to help the community.

Cons

It is hard for a Credit Union (CU) to compete against big banks, given that both CU's and big banks operate under similarly stringent regulations. You would want to learn to be frugal with the CU's resources.
