With approx. 1000+ users, I was constantly busy which made the time go by fast.

Cons

All large-boxed items such as monitors, printers, and computers should be delivered on site via freight services instead of employee vehicles.

This is a company that cares about its employees. It's a not for profit bank and their priorities are different than what you'll find at Wells or BofA...no share price or quarterly earnings to worry about. They genuinely want to help customers (members). They are also serious about giving back in the community. Lots of opportunities to get involved. They even give you a day off with pay each year just to volunteer. Pay is pretty good and benefits are what you'd expect.

Cons

Lots of changes in the last few years. A little slow to adopt new technology. Underperforms compared to other credit unions, but some of the changes seem to be addressing that.
