Cons

The Kinecta Experience (culture) is a great idea, but actual transactions need to take place to fully execute on the vision of becoming a life long financial partner. Employees identify needs, but the fulfillment of needs falls short. Kinecta has the products in place, but I feel the identified needs are not brought to the departments that can execute on those needs.

CEO has a great vision, pulls the credit union forward. He is fair and transparent, cares for the employees and is positive. He has instilled credit union oriented core values.

Cons

The organization is making progress towards achieving the CEO's vision, but it is slower than desired. Much of this is attributed to the people, some's values are not completely aligned to the organization but again progress is being made in that area.
