I can honestly say (for the first time in my career) that I like and enjoy all of my coworkers. You can have confidence that customers will be treated well and ethically at all times. The owner always puts the customer first in order to best serve their needs even if is means recommending a far less profitable course of action. And the company after hours parties aren't pizza and Pepsi. It's wine and cheese around the company fire-pit!
