Pros

They accept you for who you are. They give you the room to grow. Open door policy, any issue you have can be discussed at any time. (personal or professional) The boss has wine and cheese nights for the team! The office is pet friendly, so you have some critters running around!

Cons

Sometimes the pets bark too loud interrupting your work. :( The white noise - sound cancellation devices can be annoying.

- At time, you will find yourself wearing multiple different hats throughout the day to complete a task, project or deadline - Will sometimes find yourself outside of your comfort zone assisting with the sales process
