Pros

Good pay, great healthcare plan, pension. Perfect place for someone who goes to work stoned all day, doesn't care about accountability to taxpayers, and doesn't want to be productive, ever.

Cons

The most dysfunctional, unprofessional place I've ever worked. Managers belittle and are the only ones empowered to speak during meetings, staff gossip constantly and work is never actually done. Questions, problem-solving skills, and initiative are highly discouraged.
