Beware the 'culture '

Pros

Great benefits, free transit pass, vacation accrual carryover, paid holidays.

Cons

Executives political correctness rules EVERYTHING and employees are not hired for what they could contribute, but are rather viewed through the lens of the 'equity and social-justice' program which is blatantly racist and discriminatory.

Great, until someone needs a scapegoat.

Pros

The benefit package and the high salaries/wages

Cons

If you are in an exempt position not represented by a union - brace yourself. When someone needs a public scapegoat, and they will, if you are in the wrong position at the wrong time, it could be you pilloried, no mater how stellar your work product or how reliable you are.

Pros

Benefits; hours; that's about it.

Cons

No training. Whisper campaigns. Managers asking employees about other employees and getting information via third person. Sharing that third party misinformation with superiors to taint your reputation so that they can look good for their superiors. Everyone scared for their jobs. Terrible atmosphere. "Watch out" is the most common phrase.
