Great place to work

Pros

Work life balance, salary and great benefits, hard working co-workers who care about their work and service to the public.

Cons

Some resistance to change within the organization. Parking in Seattle is terrible and costly although a bus pas is provided if public transportation is an option. Due to the 1% cap on property taxes, revenue is limited and so budget cuts are continuous. The executive/management has done a good job trying to be smart about the cuts.
