Pros

Great benefits, mostly good to great co-workers

Cons

Upper management needs replacement, heavy workload from going LEAN has affected morale in a negative way, staffing is at bare minimum so service level is at just barely getting by for essential services, the County is way too hung up on "the process"

Pros

Dow - if he stays Benefits Great People

Cons

There is a layer of previous management between Dow and division level managers/supervisors that hasn't changed much for most people. They were part of the previous problem and won't do much to implement Dow's vision.
