Pros

Growth, onboarding, the people and working for a family business where the owner is actively involved. Currently moving back to working from the office which is creating a buzz in the office which hasn't been experienced for sometime since working from home + the free coffee and snacks of course.

Cons

None that I can really think of.

Pros

People work in silos and do not collaborate or think outside of their department. You get a huge 1 day WFH a week MAX! /s Lots of people are leaving so that might open up career opportunities.

Cons

I know at least 10 people who have resigned already as a result of the CEO's decision to go to 1 day WFH max a week, and many more who intend to as soon as they find another job. One head of department is resigning too. Avoid. I suspect things are going to be toxic and the few people left will be overworked and underappreciated. More resignations to come.
