Pros

I loved my job, my coworkers, our guests. Enjoyed being crossed trained and able to open or close any shop. Everyday was different. Loved the leeway given to insure our guests had a simply world famous experience. Free cookies/drinks, no nights, no Sunday's. Flexible, family oriented.

Cons

No way to move up. Pay is mediocre in relation to how hard you must work to keep up as to satisfy the amount of guests the village sees. Would like to have moved into an office position, but they were fairly well locked down. Did front desk, mail order from time to time to help out, but there was no way to break through. I never would have left, as I loved it there, but there is simply no where to go besides the retail shops.
