Amazing company with a huge impact to human health along with perks

- Revolutionary in cell therapy - Amazing perks backed by Gilead - Intelligent co-workers - Free food and drinks - Very self driven and motivated company toward making a difference to patients

Cons

- Could be stressful, but this goes with all jobs (even stay home parents can be stressful) - Have to understand that cell therapy is revolutionary and the company is still learning through trials and errors, so long hours of work are required of workers to truly make a difference for the future.

Innovative scientific method, cancer treatment of actual real life patients, very rewarding work and everyone feels inspired to work there at first

Cons

Incompetent leadership, comprising of ex big pharma, who've jumped several steps to get high titles at Kite, but can't live up to them with knowledge and leadership. Toxic workplace, bullying, backstabbing culture, awful employee retention, no opportunities unless you are in the right clique. Long work hours, insane deadlines, no compensation for long hours.
