      Pros

      Fast paced, exciting place to work at. The senior team genuinely cares about the employees and the tasks at hand. Teams are collaborative and people are very friendly. The usual small company perks are nice too.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any serious cons. Some of the systems can be improved but those are typical growing pains

      Pros

      The job requires a lot of creativity and development and there is unlimited creative freedom to do both. All departments have amazing team members and everyone really works toward achieving the same goal, curing cancer.

      Cons

      Ummm...I can't sleep there and the expected Chaos of a fast growing start up. Lots to do and not enough time to do it in but the stress is usually self induced due to kite employees Having high expectations for themselves.

      Management approachable and open to change Great office location in Silicon Beach Free parking Casual new offices with social atmosphere

      Cons

      - There's so much to be done but not enough staff to make it happen causing overworked staff & job role overlap - So many new employees it's difficult to learn who does what - With such long hours and so much work to be done they need to support telecommuting more.
