Cons

Career development is dependent on who you know rather than your skills and your performance. Management is all still fairly new so it’s a little all over the place.

Kite invest in its people by offering amazing health and wellness benefits. There's so much to learn in the role so you always feel as if you're growing. The internal teams we work with are very knowledgeable.

Cons

There's not a lot a room for growth within this role and leadership does not promote a healthy culture within the department. There's a lot of bias and only certain people are promoted.
