      Smooth and Easy

      Pros

      Quick response time with the recruiter, interview process was smooth, and initial onboarding process easy so far. Not to mention everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, has been super nice and have made the process so easy. I can't say that at any moment I felt any kind of stress, my experience with Kite and getting hired has been so great. I can't wait to join the team!

      Pros

      I loved my coworkers and the benefits. Especially the 401k match was awesome.

      Cons

      My site was a little more chaotic because it was originally a startup that was acquired. There was a layoff and it felt like upper management was every so slightly tone-deaf in terms of delivery.
