Pros

Kite obviously has great work being done, curing cancer and all. The benefits under Gilead are great. Culture is pretty good.

Cons

Opportunities seem to be lacking. They say they care about career growth, but are very picky about people leaving their positions or even promoting to a degree that is financially beneficial/an incentive to stay. Hours are long and improvements take time, but that's biotech.
