      Pros

      Great benefits, free snacks, cell therapy company, some smart people. Good mix of people with industry and academic backgrounds keeps fresh ideas flowing

      Cons

      Poor leadership across various departments leading to disorganization and chaos, extremely long work hours (most people work 50+ hour weeks), low morale all around. Salary is lower than industry standard for the greater Los Angeles/OC area. Many people sitting around not doing real work. Too many useless meetings.

      Pros

      After the company got acquired things went worst. Massive hiring (networks) from Amgen came over and ruined the atmosphere.

      Cons

      Nepotism rules, there is not fair play.. If you know them you will get there. High upper management have no idea what is going on. There is a "Dream Team" already established that are known each other for decades and it's hard to be promoted. Supply Chain >> Stay away!!
