Pros

Immediate co workers were so fun to work with! Occasionally the managers at my branch would be fun.

Cons

Management does NOT communicate. Neither of them have the same answer to a question. Executive management does not know what they are doing, and they don't value any of the branch staff.

Pros

Great coworkers, great working with the members in the community. Branches are closed for all bank holidays...you get a few 3 day off weekends through the year which is awesome. Company wants to maintain a positive workplace ethic. CEO seems like a genuine person. The company remembers you on your birthday with free movie tickets.

Cons

Staffing in the branches is a little less every year so remaining workers feel stressed. Grading on reviews is strict which can make you feel not so great about yourself or the job you are doing. Workers feel really bad when they are sick because it puts even more stress on their coworkers. Frequent changes to software and procedures.

Pros

KCU hires friendly and hardworking individuals who are good people. Guaranteed Sunday off Good on the job training, KCU will give you the tools to succeed at your job

Cons

KCU has employee reviews and constantly tells you that you need to improve and you are not doing well enough. No Saturday rotation, I felt like I was working every Saturday. Pay was not competitive, employees left to work for other financial institutions
