Pros

Open door communication, we always know what is happeing, what changes are going to be, and how they will affect us, both as a credit union and as employees. Training is superb, well planned, executed, and timely. Salaries and benefits are above the market in this area, and particularly for credit unions in Washington State.

Cons

A little bit better integration between operational departments would help to make changes a little less difficult, but great attitudes and a real desire to help overcome most challenges.

Pros

Great health care plan, if you're full-time. So-so if you're part time.

Cons

- Seen as 'taking a break' just to use the bathroom and yelled at for doing so frequently. - Very high stress. Balancing a teller drawer after 200 to 250 transactions and anything can go wrong. - Being judged on job performance by people that haven't EVER worked as a teller (started as a loan officer or strictly human resources). - Having to take lunch breaks late if it gets super busy (VERY frustrating).
