Pros

Great people, especially if you intern up in HR! Your mentors really want to help you and benefit you! Admin is so respectful and down to earth!

Cons

Professional dress code, but there are fundraisers where you can wear jeans!

Pros

It really is a very good company to work for. They provide excellent benefits and are very involved in the communities that they serve. The vast majority of the products they sell are of superior quality to the competition so it is easy to take pride in working there.

Cons

Almost all of the work is part time at lower wages. Working as a teller can go from mindless tedium to extremely stressful in just a few seconds. Money is the one of the most sensitive subject you can deal with and most people feel the teller is the appropriate person to vent their anger and frustration.
