Pros

Many wonderful co-workers. Great benefits and flexible with time off requests. Good training program.

Cons

So focused on their appearance in the public eye that they are neglecting their employees. Morale is way down and pay is inadequately proportioned to the work load. Many managers are former bank employees and are running their departments like a bank, & losing sight of the member service.

Most of the Supervisors or management are willing to listen and help to grow and succeed in the company.

Challenges were lack of team work in an already intense and changing environment for the industry.

Good people, good company culture.

Cons

The pay isn't very competitive. Very limited room for growth and opportunities for education. Very not for profit vs corporate, which is good, but is also provides a limited internal vision.
