Pros

The organization is healthy, vibrant, and growing and cares about people - it's employees and the communities they serve. For example, employees had NO increases in healthcare, dental, or vision premiums this year, and new benefits were added (at no cost to employees). KCU also provided hundreds of thousands of dollars to support those struggling with homelessness and hunger, and supported thousands of high school students with free online financial education. I'm proud to work here and to be an ambassador for Kitsap Credit Union!

Cons

I miss seeing my coworkers in this present COVID pandemic (while at the same time I truly appreciate being able to work from home ).
