      Great work life balance, overwork is not considered as much "heroics" and is often discouraged since each hour of work is paid for, interesting research projects

      Cons

      Requires independent work and thinking, tasks will generally not be handed to you and you need to make your own way

      Cons

      Skill standards seem pretty high, especially for entry level. If you are highly skilled in your field, this shouldn't be a problem.
