Klein has some amazing people working here! The culture is friendly and most everyone is hard-working. They have a dedicated learning & development team and several social activities planned throughout the year where you can meet people and mingle and have fun. If you’re looking for a place to kickstart your career or gain some years of experience, this is definitely a great place to do it!

Cons

Management is predisposed towards men. There are literally a few female leaders (a couple directors and a plant manager) but they aren’t well respected by their peers and are often clawing their way to the table. If you are male and looking for advancement opportunities, you may be fine here. But if you’re female, there are likely better options elsewhere.
