      I really enjoy working for Klein Tools. I have been with the company for a few years now and as I have watched the company grow, I have also grown. Klein provided me with opportunities to challenge myself and to show what I am capable of. A lot of people look for jobs that can provide the best monetary value however that is not what will always keep you happy. Klein Tools is fun, challenging, supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced. They have given me a great work life balance which helps motivate and encourage me to show up each and every day being the best version of me for the company.

      Cons

      Just like every workplace there are some negatives, but Klein Tools really tries to take those negatives and turn them into positives. They provide surveys to the entire company multiple times a year to get feedback from the employees so as long as employees are honest on these anonymous surveys Klein Tools improves their work environment with those recommendations.
