- Coworkers are all really nice, often willing to help and very friendly people to work with. - Flexible work schedule

Cons

- Klein does not have the facilities and resources on site to expand the way they've attempted too, making completing your work slow and difficult. - A lot of young and inexperienced management has been a big downside. - Projects are disorganized and lots of meetings are had, but little gets done. - Managers are always getting held up in meetings more important than yours, treating your time as less valuable than theirs.

They make a quality product.

Cons

Everything else is terrible. Employees are treated very poorly. All areas of Operations (Admin, Finance, AR, Customer Service) are a joke. All quality employees have left. Dinosaurs in management do nothing and are just counting their days and money until retirement.
