- Top quality well respected products - Most products produced in Klein Tools owned US plants by US workers - Smart, helpful and nice people at all levels ... no big egos - Solid growth and excellent innovation - A leader in the industry - Excellent working environment - The Klein family provides employees with Holiday turkeys, hams and other gifts

Cons

- Opportunities to improve communication process regarding company vision - More visibility from senior management/leadership would be appreciated - More opportunities for promotions needed in more departments - Additional recognition such as "great job" or a "pat on the back" would be helpful - Annual merit increases could be more generous

if you could avoid contact with upper management work was actually enjoyable. coworkers were easy to work with and lower management was far more approachable.

Cons

Upper management is very unapproachable. I was even made to feel stupid for asking questions.
