Cons

No team environment encouraged. NO loyalty to their employees. Horrible communication and back stabbing. If you "think" you're working hard, be prepared to stop dead in your tracks if you don't cya.

Pros

Family owned company with a great deal of history in quality products. They were always willing to invest in ideas and opportunities to improve their processes and try new things. Benefits were affordable and 401K/Profit sharing was generous. They even had a 80% tuition reimbursement policy!

Cons

Being a smaller company they didn't have a wide variety of positions so job expansion was limited. However, in my years with the company I went from a low level position in a plant to a manager at corporate. I was encouraged to challenge myself and opportunities were there!
