Most of the people are hardworking and great coworkers, who just want to find out an opportunity to grow economically and keep a good and stable relation with the company.

Cons

Toxic managerial don't allow workers to get better positions in the company easily. They prefer to hire temporary people for better positions to pay them minimum wage permited in Klein tools.
