Great people, some good projects to work on. You get a lot of PTO when you've been thee a while.

Cons

Almost everything else. Poor management. No raises and very little mentoring/guidance. Profits come first before employees 10 fold.

Pros

Kleinfelder offers an array of opportunities for success for self-motivated and driven professionals. Most all of the people that work here are really fun and nice. The benefits my company provides are some of the best in our industry. I appreciate being a partner in an employee-owned company and I know that my efforts contribute to something that I will see a direct benefit from.

Cons

Every company can have issues from time to time, but I have not experienced any problems or difficulties during my tenure.

Great place to learn about health and safety coming out of college

Cons

Below average pay, no training programs, lot of retail petroleum work with poor project management; no incentives for innovation or room to grow. Culture mantra is to come down hard on individuals that make mistakes and provide no guidance on how to fix mistakes.
