Good team to work with. Good work for outdoor people and who like the desert life. Overtime to be had

In the middle of nowhere. Long hours. 10-12 hours a day average. No real chance of moving upwards

Pros

Kleinfelder was a great Company to get my career started and they have a great amount of technology available to employees.

Cons

Diminishing corporate/office activities, benefits, project wins, and etc... Company has many management personnel that rely on lower to mid-level staff members to answer technical questions, that do not have the experience. Lack of organization amongst teams. They do not have the foundation to mentor younger staff the correct way of doing things.
