      Not very diverse clientele, not using industry leading data management software and field applications.

      Pros

      Some growth but not as much as advertised Pretty average corporate business Proud to work with some of the staff I met there-there are some very good people there. However, there has been massive brain drain lately.

      Cons

      Not enough communication between management and staff Will lay off experienced employees over new employess regardless how valuable they have been for the company. No training-left too much on own-left out of improving oneself on job. EE's become out of sight out of mind in remote work Lack of support from management Private equity managment-corporate bottom line only matters Health benefits are expensive for employees Will not give "exceeds expectations" overall (even when one does) so raises are low mostly. Utilizations are not calculated correctly, for instance, taking vacation time (that is part of your benefits) is counted as zero utilization rather than 100%, and thus you have to battle getting up utilization, which counts against you in reviews and puts you in danger of losing the job. They withheld wage increases when covid for everyone but only deferred increases for top 1%. They never compensated in subsequent years for this even though the company superseded sales quotas and profits.
