      Pros

      -Mid-size company, so you feel less like a number and more of a teammate (team and location dependent) -decent salaries and benefits, seems generally within the average for the industry -can get in on a good team and work on really cool projects, but again, this is location and team dependent

      Cons

      -Corporate goals focus on utilization- the burden of getting billable work is placed on the staff, while staff level employees have no power to go get work -raises and promotions are not equitable- women make less than men and all other scientists make less than engineers. In addition, this inequity creates resentment, and that resentment creates massive staff turnover

      Pros

      There are a lot of wonderful people there who are too fearful to look elsewhere

      Cons

      Very disorganized management at all levels. You are constantly given contradicting information and held to unobtainable goals. The leadership is also very sneaky and dishonest, they hold bonuses for themselves and are arrogant.

      Great Company that Values Relationships

      Pros

      I've been here almost two years, and I continue to be amazed at the amount of collaboration and inter-department support that exists. I have been able to do some of the best work of my life because of the teamwork and value placed on relationships and communication across all levels and functional groups.

      Cons

      This is a growing company, and with that comes change. Some folks may have a harder time than others with change, but the rate is reasonable and the results are for the good.
