Pros

I worked for Kleinfelder for 3 years. I have not known very many companies that honestly look out for their employees like they do. Professionalism, quality, and safety are big for them. The only reason I had to leave the company was because it became too far for me to drive to work. If an office opened up near where I live, I would throw in an application right away!

Cons

Normal things, but nothing out of the ordinary or worthy of mention.

Really good internal website. Able to find a lot of information that is needed for day to day work.

Cons

Since Kleinfelder took over my old company, it has not been a good experience. Low wages, bad benefits, poor leadership. Just overall not good.
