      Pros

      Great people with a good experience, decent benefits, flexible work schedule, training opportunities internally and externally, fairly easy to schedule time off (PTO); interesting projects if you don't get trapped in large on-going projects

      Cons

      Typical consulting issues (feast or famine), Kleinfelder likes to acquire other companies instead of opening new offices so offices are not very well connected, no incentive to work long hours when you're on salary (bonuses are fairly rare)

      Strong team, long history of excellence and good prior management

      Cons

      Acquired by struggling US firm hoping to expand into Northern market. Management representation by parent firm (regional management) struggles to inspire or engage. Lots of worry about his ability to lead and the future of a parent firm who has seen decline for four years running (when Hood had experienced the opposite)
