Cons

Pay is below industry standards. No opportunities for growth. Barely get any holidays.

I enjoyed the people and the team I worked with

Cons

Little to no opportunities to be promoted, most people are promoted when a colleague leaves. They don't give bonuses. To management, you are just a means to bring in more money. Their pay ranges are currently not competitive with market values.
