      Pros

      The manager was very hands off, but always provided assistance and guidance when needed. Hours were flexible.

      Cons

      Mid level managers had a lot of work assigned to them and seemed slightly overworked, but were all very positive about it.

      Pros

      KLF is a great company to work for. They have certainly invested in training and incentivizing junior staff to obtain certifications to further their careers.

      Cons

      Utilization goals are high and not aways attainable. Starting pay for entry/ junior staff is not as competitive as it should be. Once you’ve been here for a few years you’re easily underpaid but you stay because the people and managers are really great.

      Pros

      Day-to-day involves a lot of work within my own division, which is great because we are well-managed and one of the smaller divisions within the company. Flexible remote work policies make a work-life balance better by reducing commute time. Nice PTO program where you earn an extra week at 5 years and 10 years of employment.

      Cons

      Any part of the company above my division manager feels like a big, uninspiring corporate void. I think our benefits, particularly retirements matching, could use some revisiting.
