All of the individuals that work here are very welcoming, understanding and kind people. They really seem to make it worth it. The people truly make a job worth keeping.

Cons

Typical drawbacks out of their control such as reduced work in the wintertime.

Pros

I worked for Kleinfelder for 3 years. I have not known very many companies that honestly look out for their employees like they do. Professionalism, quality, and safety are big for them. The only reason I had to leave the company was because it became too far for me to drive to work. If an office opened up near where I live, I would throw in an application right away!

Cons

Normal things, but nothing out of the ordinary or worthy of mention.
