Everyone is unhappy. Management and higher staff complain about all the work they have, but have no efficient way of mentoring younger, entry level employees. Entry level employees are left to fend for themselves. You’re on your own either way. High turnover of employees as you would imagine. Emphasis on billable hours depends on which office you report to. Upper management operate in total silence, junior staff have no idea who is in charge and what is happening within the company. There are better consulting companies out there that treat their employees well, this isn’t one of them. Diversity and inclusion initiative is a joke. No company culture.
