Having too much work and a strong backlog is a great problem to have. It will be important for management to effectively level workloads and strategically hire key staff.

Great new leadership and positive changes to structure and culture. Exciting times at Kleinfelder! Great projects. Great people. Unmatched technical expertise.

Cons

The last 10 years at this company have been challenging, with respect to culture, company performance, and employee morale/retention. While any change can be difficult, the changes we've seen and that we see coming is all positive. We can already see the benefits.
