      You get a paycheck to pay your bills

      Cons

      Salaries are way below industry standards. Safety is important but taken to an extreme. Management does not focus on your career development. A lot of micromanagement within different areas of the company. Don't expect support from management when you need it. Benefits package could improve tremendously. I've seen a tremendous amount of turnover in the time I was with the company. Keep looking, there are a lot better companies out there to work for. Men seem to be given more opportunities and support then women.
