Used to be better, but sucks now

Pros

Now that I have been out of the company for several years now, it is really difficult to note the positives of the current management regime

Cons

Recent management never seems to listen to the rank and file. It is an "Old Boys Club"... and the direct shareholder group is a "Who You Know Club" where one has to be both nominated and voted on before becoming a member. Bad managers are rarely ever fired... Instead they are demoted and allowed to stay on with the hope that they will get frustrated enough to quit.

Excellent group of professionals, Sharp focus on risk control for geotechnical engineering.

Cons

Rigorous business procedures can get in the way of responsiveness in certain situations. It requires that you develop a network within the leadership and plan proactively in order to respond quickly. Sometimes a challenge, but for the right reasons.
