Pros

When I first came on board I was given scope of work and responsibilities for the compensation I was receiving.

Cons

I worked so effectively they fired someone else and pushed all his work and responsibilities onto me, without a thought of compensating me for the extra work load. Classic bait and switch employment. Very cut-throat environment.

Good people, have more chances to learn different things.

Cons

No training. Cares more about budget, don't care too much for personal development. Not transparent. Too much hierarchy. Group leader is kind of wired, too much workload so no time for real group leader.

Lost job due to to lack of billable work

Cons

You will be let go as soon as you don't have billable work even though it's not your job to bring in billable work, Management does not care about low level employees
