Pros

The work was very rewarding and challenging. Very rarely a dull moment. I made a lot of connections, which I hope to maintain in the future. Overall a very pleasant tenure.

Cons

I didn't always feel like my voice was heard. Decisions/changes were made regarding programs and procedures by those not fully utilizing the program and unaware of current procedures.

CEO has a great business background and kept firm afloat through rough years without layoffs.

Cons

Worse place as far as office politics I've ever seen in my work life; high school clicks, rules only apply to certain people
