Great company culture, but LA lacked leadership

Pros

The firm is big on training, allowing you to go to MCLE's, etc. GREAT office.

Cons

While the "take as much time off as you want" policy sounds good, you actually take less than 2 weeks vacation and then when you leave, you don't have unused vacation time in the bank.
