Pros

Impressive San Diego based firm; You get to work alongside some good lawyers that love to practice law; high class firm; exciting focus on marketing.

Cons

Nevada staff are good people but not proficient with Nevada procedure, courts, and practice; though very capable and experienced senior shareholder she was spread too thin with other state/venue cases etc. to focus on Nevada; Las Vegas office is small; left on very good terms (gave 30 day notice); was asked to keep in touch with firm, when I did reach out to the firm the response was superficial, disappointing.

Good company to put a 9-5 in but not much else

Pros

The on site attorneys are stellar and provide room for growth, training and encouragement to take on more tasks.

Cons

Seattle is a satellite office and you are treated like a 2nd class citizen unless you are an attorney. In all of the places I have worked the level of micromanagement from the HR lead in the main office is absurd. In my time at this firm they had to complete two separate additional trainings on management.
