Pros

Great place to work! They really care about their employees and go the extra mile to make you want to go to work. Days are busy and fly by but the work is interesting. The staff is treated as professionals and well respected. Great benefits for an individual. Very strong in professional development and education.

Cons

If you want a job where you can slack off, you wont last. You will work hard but will be rewarded for it.
