      Really good company, super easy work environment, really laid back

      Hours were a little hard to get used to, and the managers were young but helpful

      This company continues to challenge and educate management. The partners understand that our people are our greatest commodity and they put great effort in creating an upbeat, engaging and rewarding environment. The partners also highly encourage and remind all employees of their open door policy. They welcome feedback and constructive criticisms to help elevate the level of professionalism and customer service to our clients and our people.

      Cons

      There is always room for improvement. We are constantly trying to improve relations with management and associates. A lot of people just want to be heard and understood and sometimes miscommunications make irreparable damage between the two.

      Great place to work at. All the supervisors are very understanding of each individual's situation. No stress job as long as you're proactive.

      Cons

      I think more training associates to move onto more games would be great. Just having more associates to know all the games would be great
